Peach Protein Smoothie

A cool, refreshing way to boost your protein and hydration this summer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • ½ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (more as needed)
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • A few ice cubes for a thicker smoothie

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add additional almond milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
