Peach Protein Smoothie
A cool, refreshing way to boost your protein and hydration this summer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- ½ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (more as needed)
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- A few ice cubes for a thicker smoothie
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add additional almond milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
